Adobe has announced the launch of its AI-powered smart assistant for the AEP platform, now available to everyone.
The company states that the artificial intelligence assistant has a conversational interface and can assist users in automating tasks and replicating results as it is connected to the AEP platform, advertising repository, customer data, brand assets, and company content assurances.
Adobe showcased the AI assistant for the first time at the company’s annual summit in March this year, capable of providing quick analytics and generating personalized content.
The company offers AEP applications including real-time customer data platform, enhanced Adobe Journey Optimizer, and customer journey analytics.
As a result, the artificial intelligence assistant aims to address most of the marketer’s queries regarding their data, provide quick analytics, and automatically generate content based on user instructions.
Some questions that the AEP AI assistant can answer include “How can I create an audience segment?” and “What is the identity map? How often is this audience segment used?”
Adobe mentions that the artificial intelligence assistant is not limited to textual responses but can also assist in audience targeting, identifying high-value customers, and determining the optimal moment to re-engage with them.
The function of the AI assistant involves using Adobe Firefly, an AI-powered text-to-image transformer, to create email messages and web pages.
The AI assistant can also provide predictive estimates about customer data based on previous data, including estimating the expected conversions from a specific customer and recommending appropriate actions in the customer journey.
Adobe launched the AEP service in 2019 as a means to manage real-time customer experiences, targeted towards companies aiming to utilize large amounts of customer data in creating marketing, awareness, promotional, and advertising campaigns using the new standard in marketing and advertising, which is personalized communications. The product includes specific username and other information in compliance with laws and standards.
A variety of brands utilize AEP, such as Coca-Cola, Marriott Hotels, General Motors, and Real Madrid Club, among others.
