Adobe simplifies the process for users to generate and distribute social content using smartphones, as the company announced its intention to launch an enhanced version of its cloud-based motion design platform, known as Adobe Express.
With this update, the company integrates artificial intelligence models into the Firefly platform directly within the application, enabling users to efficiently and rapidly create and edit social content using content-generating AI tools.
The new version of Adobe’s application allows the company to compete with Canva, which introduced a range of AI-based tools last year.
Users of Adobe Express can utilize a feature that converts words into innovative images, enabling them to quickly design unique looks for their projects by efficiently producing images using the advanced AI capabilities of the Firefly platform.
The latest feature, called “Generative Fill,” allows individuals to easily use text commands to add, remove, replace, or swap specific elements or entities.
The new “Text Effects” feature enables users to quickly display messages by using various text styles.
Adobe explains that small businesses can leverage this feature in various operations, such as removing unwanted elements and images to enhance their advertising materials, while creative professionals can utilize it to expedite the production of mobile content within social media advertising and marketing teams.
Creative Cloud subscribers can benefit from the application to browse and edit creative resources derived from programs like Photoshop and Illustrator directly through Adobe Express.
Users can also upload, share, and use colors and logos of their own brands, making the design process faster and more efficient.
The application stands out for providing access to thousands of videos and multi-page templates, as well as several video clips, music, and images from the Adobe Stock library.
Android OS users can download the trial version of the latest Adobe Express application from the Google Play Store.
Due to Apple’s policies imposing restrictions on the size of app trials, users interested in trying beta versions of apps on iOS devices must preregister to gain access permission.
Recently disclosed, following several weeks after a previous statement by both Adobe and TikTok, is the availability of the AI-based creative assistant developed by TikTok, now accessible for use directly within the Adobe Express program.
The companies stated that the integration process supports businesses and innovators in creating and promoting content in an impactful manner.
