LinkedIn has announced the launch of new features that utilize artificial intelligence to assist users in job searching, customize their resumes, and receive tips from smart chatbots.
These characteristics will be available to premium subscribers in English language worldwide.
A new method allows users to search for jobs on LinkedIn by typing a natural language request for the desired job. This approach can be useful in finding potential job opportunities if the results are accurate.
Additionally, the platform can access users’ resumes and provide suggestions to enhance them according to each job separately.
Individuals can download their resumes and receive feedback for interactive amendments using machine learning.
The company mentioned that the new tools also include a tool for creating a “from scratch” cover letter with the help of artificial intelligence.
These features are added to other AI-supported features that LinkedIn started testing last year, such as the ability to summarize posts.
In addition to assisting in job searching, LinkedIn has also begun to offer smart character experiences based on artificial intelligence that users can interact with to benefit from more knowledge about various work fields.
The platform indicated that the responses generated by artificial intelligence come from experts and are designed to meet each user’s needs.
The company also promised to develop improvements in platform searching using smart technology, without specifying specific details.
Tomer Cohen, the Executive Vice President of Product at LinkedIn, believes that artificial intelligence will revolutionize search capabilities on the site, enabling users to explore topics deeply and widely directly through LinkedIn search. He affirmed that these updates will be released in the coming weeks.
