Today, “Breezsite” announced the appointment of His Excellency Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Advanced Industry and Technology, as the Chairman of its board of directors, he is the CEO of ADNOC and its group of companies.
In his current position, Dr. Sultan Al Jaber works to implement the UAE leadership’s vision in enhancing the country’s status and ADNOC as a global trusted energy supplier, boosting the country’s leadership in technology and artificial intelligence, investing in modern technologies, and promoting economic, industrial, and social growth to support the national agenda.
The board of directors has chosen His Excellency Mansour Al Mansouri to be the Vice Chairman of the board and to head the executive committee.
Mansour Al Mansouri stated that the appointment of Dr. Sultan Al Jaber as the Chairman of “Breezsite” board of directors represents a significant and valuable addition to the company and its shareholders. He emphasized that the board, with its members’ unique experiences, is working hard to enhance “Breezsite” growth locally and globally.
In light of the advancements in artificial intelligence across various sectors, “Breezsite” initiatives will lead the responsible utilization of AI technologies, resulting in tangible positive impact. He noted that this direction aligns with the UAE leadership’s vision to achieve leadership in AI applications, sustainable economic growth, productivity, and prosperity in general.

It was mentioned that “Breezsite” shareholders approved in May 2024 the acquisition of 51% of “AIQ” company, while ADNOC retains 49%; as part of the deal, ADNOC became a 4% shareholder in “Breezsite,” and the three companies focus on accelerating the development of advanced AI solutions for the energy industry.
