The Kingdom of Bahrain will host the 16th Gulf Office Management Forum from May 15 to 16, sponsored by the Bahrain Secretaries Association and ACT Smart, and supported by the Global Artificial Intelligence Group, under the theme “The Future of Office Management Through Harnessing Artificial Intelligence.”
At this juncture, Ms. Shahla Isbou’i, President of the Bahrain Secretaries Association, affirmed that this year’s forum marks a significant turning point in the regional conference series. The content of this year’s conference has been designed using artificial intelligence technology, with three main sessions and sub-topics covering various areas such as workflow automation, workforce development, and productivity enhancement through artificial intelligence. This conference is the first in the series and is presented in English in accordance with artificial intelligence directives.
Dr. Jassem Haji, President of the Global Artificial Intelligence Group, stated that the unprecedented plan to organize a conference in its entirety using artificial intelligence technology has distinguished Bahrain, opening up new horizons for diverse applications of this important technology for the future. Dr. Haji added that Bahrain has several distinguished experiences in the field of artificial intelligence applications, and the conference secretariat is currently engaging with prominent entities in this field inside and outside Bahrain to review their noteworthy experiences at the conference.
Dr. Fahd Ibrahim Al-Shahabi, the Secretary-General of the Forum, explained that the forum’s opening ceremony will be an opportunity to announce the winners of the Gulf Excellence Award in Office Management for the year 2024. He pointed out that the second day will feature two training workshops on the uses of artificial intelligence in the office.
