Marketing is a complex system involving specialized functions that require specific tools, ranging from designing brand content and campaign management to tracking audience feedback across channels with internal and external partners and preparing reports on results.
This means that marketers face various challenges in their work, which can lead to lack of alignment and negative impacts on speed and productivity.
According to a recent survey conducted by Microsoft, 43% of marketing and communications professionals mentioned that the need to switch between applications and digital tools hindered their creative capabilities.
The partnership between Adobe and Microsoft aims to address these challenges, with the primary focus on meeting the needs of marketers working across multiple teams within and outside organizations while managing campaign objectives, status, and actions.
The capabilities work on scenarios that include developing strategic insights in tasks, preparing campaign summaries and presentations, updating website content and contextual emails, and continuing project development through notifications and summaries.
