Since the launch of its AI-powered virtual employee, “Rammas,” in 2017, and the adoption of the generative version supported by ChatGPT in April 2023, DEWA has achieved significant milestones. “Rammas” has answered over 9.6 million inquiries by the end of the first half of 2024, achieving a customer satisfaction rate of 95% during the first half of this year.
