Thomas Scomal, the chairman of “Dyna.Ai“, a company specializing in AI technology services based in Singapore, affirmed their desire to expand their business in the UAE, highlighting Dubai as an ideal destination for establishing regional centers due to its advanced infrastructure and strategic geographical location.
Scomal stated in remarks to the Emirates News Agency on the sidelines of the Dubai Financial Technology Summit 2024 that the move to the UAE, especially Dubai, is logical as it is the most active city in the region and the Middle East. He explained that holding the summit at this ideal time will contribute to greater regional and global expansion starting from the UAE.
Scomal expressed his delight in starting Dyna.Ai’s global expansion from the hub of Dubai Financial Technology, emphasizing that their company’s work goes beyond offering AI solutions in the financial sector. He pointed out that they provide a unique and innovative RaaS business model that contributes to making tangible changes in banking, insurance, wealth management, and financial technology sectors.
Regarding expansion in the UAE, Scomal emphasized that the goal of expansion should be to create job opportunities for distinguished national talents in various fields, especially those interested in the technology sector.
In this context, a cooperation agreement was signed on the first day of the Dubai Financial Technology Summit with Dubai Commercial Bank. It was hoped that this would be a positive step towards expanding the customer base, providing better services to them, and finding suitable services to meet their needs.
Thomas Scomal unveiled the comprehensive “Dyna.AI” platform for artificial intelligence during the summit, which includes two solutions: “Dyna Athena” providing innovative channels for customer communication, text-to-speech conversion, and linguistic and verbal processing, and “Dyna Avatar” an AI assistant with human-like features conducting instant voice conversations in Arabic, English, Chinese, Japanese, and Thai.
