The Emirates Association for Consultants and Administrative Trainers organized its second conference yesterday under the title “Administrative Consultations and Training” on “Artificial Intelligence and enhancing the training and consulting industry” in Dubai under the patronage of Sheikh Manal bin Mohammed bin Rashid bin Manal Al Maktoum, the honorary president of the association.
The conference witnessed the participation of numerous experts and specialists to discuss the future of administrative work within the scope of artificial intelligence and its impact on the job market. The activities included training sessions and workshops on consultations and training, as well as a showcase of the latest innovations in these fields.
Dr. Ali Bin Sbaa Al Marri, the chairman of the association’s board of directors, stated that the conference serves as a platform for communication among those interested in the training and consulting field. It contributes to strengthening cooperation, building future relationships, and sheds light on how artificial intelligence is used in developing this field.
He pointed out that the association’s goal is to support national cadres by providing them with the necessary skills and tools for training and consulting, enabling them to offer these services to the community. More than 480 trainees have graduated and 63 trainers have been accredited, in addition to the association carrying out several studies and organizing sessions to enhance skills.
The association announced the organization of the “Trainers Training and Preparation Program” to equip them with the necessary skills to practice the profession according to the highest quality standards and professional practices. They also announced the launch of the advanced level for the Trainer Training Course.
