The Abu Dhabi School of Management, under the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, has announced the Bachelor of Science in Management program (BScM) to enhance the vision and goals of the college, aiming to establish itself as a leading center in entrepreneurship, management, and innovation in the region.
The new program, set to commence in September, will offer a distinctive academic experience focusing on developing knowledge and essential skills for decision-making based on emerging organizational trends and Industry 4.0 requirements, utilizing methodologies that emphasize advanced technology and emerging digital technologies.
The program supports Abu Dhabi’s economic vision for 2030 by empowering private companies at a broad scale to contribute to building a sustainable knowledge economy for future generations.
Dr. Taib Kamali, Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the Abu Dhabi School of Management, stated: We take pride in launching the new Bachelor’s program, the first of its kind in the field of management sciences, focusing on the characteristics and challenges of artificial intelligence. He emphasized that the new Bachelor’s program aligns with modern trends in organizational management and the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution by focusing on management sciences and managing digital technologies, providing a unique opportunity for students to enhance their prospects in the job market by acquiring the knowledge and skills necessary for making managerial decisions in the business world.
The Bachelor of Science in Management program, currently open for enrollment, revolves around three main study tracks, including the general education program, the management science program focusing on theories and applications in management, and the digital technology management program focusing on big data analysis, artificial intelligence technology as a strategic response to the rapid developments in the business sector.
The program aligns with the seventh level of the National Quality Assurance System for Higher Education and adheres to the best global standards, assisting participants in developing their skills to better understand and deal with challenges by making appropriate decisions to transform these challenges into opportunities that contribute to their growth and achieve sustainable success in the long run.
It is worth mentioning that the Abu Dhabi School of Management (ADSM) has been accredited by the Academic Accreditation Commission in the UAE Ministry of Education, and the Department of Education and Knowledge in Abu Dhabi. The college holds various international accreditations and rankings, including accreditation from the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education in the United Kingdom (QAA Global) and membership in the American Data Science Council (DASCA), as well as being listed in the “QS” ranking of global universities, among others.
