Lenovo has revealed a new addition to the YOGA series, the YOGA Air 14c laptop. This device features a 14-inch screen and comes equipped with the latest Intel Core Ultra processors, along with an integrated neural processing unit for artificial intelligence applications.
The YOGA Air 14c device features an OLED touchscreen with a 2.8K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a brightness of up to 400 nits per square meter. The screen covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut, supports Dolby Vision technology, and is certified with VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500.
The new Lenovo laptop is distinguished by its support for the Lenovo Yoga Inspiration Pen, which provides 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity, allowing note-taking even when the screen is off.
The YOGA Air 14c device features the new Tian Gong hinge system that can rotate 360 degrees, enabling users to easily switch between laptop and tablet modes. Additionally, the device has a high-efficiency antenna that provides a strong connection up to a distance of 350 meters.
Lenovo has added the Intel Core Ultra 7 155H processor to its YOGA Air 14c laptop, which boasts a 33% improvement in multi-core processing performance compared to the previous version.
The processor harmonizes with the neural processing unit specifically designed to accelerate the execution of artificial intelligence applications and tasks.
The laptop is equipped with 32GB of LPDDR5x-7467 RAM and 1TB of PCIe 4.0 internal storage, providing smooth performance for multitasking and ample storage space for essential projects.
Lenovo has incorporated an intelligent assistant named Xiaotian, based on the large linguistic model Tianxi, in its laptop. This assistant allows users to perform a variety of tasks through natural language interaction.
This includes summarizing documents, answering questions based on self-knowledge, and continuing to learn from user preferences to provide a personalized experience.
The Yoga Air 14c device has a 71Wh battery, and Lenovo claims this battery can run video for up to 19.1 hours.
Additionally, the laptop features fast charging capability via a 65W Type-C adapter.
The device weighs around 1.4kg and measures up to 0.59 inches in thickness. It comes with a comfortable keyboard and a large 5.6-inch touchpad for ease of navigation.
The Yoga Air 14c comes with the Windows 11 operating system and includes a variety of ports, including two Thunderbolt 4 ports, an HDMI 2.1 port, a USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 port, a microSD card reader, and an audio jack.
The price of the YOGA Air 14c laptop, which features a Core i7 Ultra 7 155H processor, 32GB of RAM, and up to 1TB of internal storage, is approximately $1240.
