At the “Defense Exhibition”, Saudi Arabia presented the first electric security patrol car produced by “Lucid Motors” company in the Kingdom, equipped with artificial intelligence technologies.
The car interacts with artificial intelligence systems to monitor security violations, incorporating technologies that enable it to recognize license plates that violate traffic laws.
It is noteworthy that the car is precise in identifying personal behavior by reading faces through 6 cameras. The car was manufactured in the “Lucid” factory in King Abdullah Economic City in Rabigh Province in western Saudi Arabia, with plans for 5,000 cars in the first phase reaching gradually up to 150,000 cars. The country committed to transitioning to clean energy solutions and achieving carbon neutrality through signing multiple agreements, including the Public Investment Fund acquiring 60% of “Lucid Motors” electric car manufacturing company.
