Presight has announced the securing of a significant contract with Jordan’s Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, aimed at transforming the healthcare sector in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan into a comprehensive digital system. In a press release, Presight unveiled its plans to introduce and implement data services solutions from Abu Dhabi, part of the M42 group. Presight will implement its advanced technological solutions in Jordan, leveraging its capabilities in big data analytics. Key elements of the contract include conducting a comprehensive study and developing a roadmap for digital healthcare, along with establishing an advanced health information exchange strategy. The contract also includes creating a next-generation virtual hospital, providing services such as remote intensive care units, remote dialysis units, and remote radiology departments.
Through this initiative, Jordan’s Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship aims to record data from the majority of medical visits as a step towards full digital transformation. The objective is to improve resource efficiency and quality of care, achieve cost-effectiveness in healthcare, and ensure easy access to vital medical services across the kingdom.
