Riyadh Airlines has revealed the signing of a strategic partnership with “Artifact”, a global consulting company specializing in data and transformation services towards artificial intelligence, aiming to achieve significant progress in the aviation sector by adopting the latest artificial intelligence systems and applications.
This partnership will focus on establishing a dedicated platform for Riyadh Airlines to help analyze data and develop innovative solutions based on artificial intelligence in all its operational and commercial processes, using advanced cloud technologies and artificial intelligence.
Riyadh Airlines will be able to significantly improve its guest service by utilizing artificial intelligence-based solutions and providing personalized experiences for them through digital smart channels. It will also enhance its air and ground operations using insights, predictions, and real-time data. In addition, special offers for airline products will be launched outside the airport activities and on board flights through integrated and efficient sales channels.
