Yesterday, the Municipality of Hail signed a cooperation agreement with the company known as “Xocialive” to utilize artificial intelligence technologies with the aim of enhancing the quality of electronic services provided by the municipality, in order to improve administrative procedures and the services offered.
The agreement aims to elevate the effectiveness of resource utilization and enhance the user experience with the municipality’s services, by leveraging advanced technologies in data analysis and intelligent interactive communication with beneficiaries. It also aims to enhance the quality of services and increase customer satisfaction levels, in addition to the municipality’s commitment to injecting innovation and deploying cutting-edge technology to efficiently serve the community with higher effectiveness.
The Municipality of Hail has signed a joint cooperation agreement with the Sedem Majd Company, to support and adopt modern technologies by introducing them at the Lib International Exhibition. Eng. Abdullah Al-Bata, the General Manager of Information Technology, explained that this partnership aims to drive innovation and technology in the region, as well as contribute to establishing an advanced technology community that supports the local economy and contributes to achieving sustainable development goals.
