Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination, in collaboration with the UAE Researchers Center for Research and Studies, has launched an innovative electronic platform to digitize the Emirati-Russian Psychology Dictionary. This ambitious project aims to store the dictionary in accredited databases and link it to global internet platforms to enhance its use as a reliable source in machine learning processes.
Enhancing Scientific Cooperation and International Registration of the Dictionary
The initiative aims to register the dictionary with prestigious international bodies such as UNESCO and international library forums, ensuring compatibility with AI engines like ChatGPT. To achieve this goal, API and standardized interfaces will be provided to easily access and query the content.
Signing a Memorandum of Understanding to Strengthen Academic Cooperation
The organization signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the UAE Researchers Center to enhance scientific and academic cooperation between them. This memorandum includes areas of academic research, knowledge and experience exchange, and supporting activities that contribute to leadership and excellence in scientific and educational work. The MoU was signed by Abdullah Al Hamidan, Secretary-General of Zayed Higher Organization, and Dr. Fawaz Nadim Habal, Secretary-General of the UAE Researchers Center.
Signing Ceremony and Platform Launch
The signing ceremony and official launch of the platform were held at the organization’s headquarters, attended by leaders from both sides. Under the MoU, both parties support research cooperation in the field of people of determination and enhance networking with local and international partners. Joint activities will also include conducting research on topics of mutual interest and organizing conferences and workshops.

Abdullah Al Hamidan praised the role of the UAE Researchers Center in improving scientific research in the UAE, emphasizing the importance of utilizing research results in future policy-making and decision-making. He explained that the dictionary facilitates the educational and research process, helping researchers better understand psychological concepts.
Dr. Fawaz Habal stated that the memorandum opens new horizons for leveraging AI tools and digital transformation to empower and integrate people of determination into society. He praised the dictionary as a scientific tool that contributes to enhancing international scientific cooperation.
Joint Working Team and Media Utilization
The Memorandum of Understanding includes forming a joint working team and committees to achieve the cooperation objectives. Both institutions will also leverage their media relations to disseminate news about their joint efforts and coordinate actions related to the use of trademarks.
Details on Dictionary Preparation
Naseeba Abdullah Al Hamadi, Head of the Early Detection Unit and Project Manager of the Emirati-Russian Psychology Dictionary, explained that the dictionary was prepared in collaboration with a group of scientists, including 15 Emirati and 17 Russian scientists. She noted that this pioneering project helps in developing the strategies and objectives of Zayed Higher Organization.

The dictionary aids in accessing scientific tools for diagnosis and assessment used in Russia and aligning them with the Emirati environment, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of scientific and educational research in the country.
