The company ATP Electronics, an expert in storage solutions and memory cards, has announced the new SD and microSD memory cards from the S650Si (TLC) and S750Pi (pSLC) series designed using innovative memory technology. The upcoming 3D NAND technology comes with 176 layers and LDPC controller unit.
The new cards, with a capacity of 512 gigabytes and a 5-year warranty, target diverse sectors benefiting from 5G networks, artificial intelligence, and advanced technology.
These sectors include artificial intelligence monitoring, smart homes, mobile surveillance, healthcare, and security monitoring systems that require intensive write operations.
One of the advantages of TLC memory cards is their high endurance, which is crucial in any environment requiring continuous recording, such as a 64 and 512 gigabyte capacity card. In terms of endurance, the S650Si series comes with a continuous write capacity of up to 2 terabytes.
As for pSLC memory cards, they are designed for customers requiring a more robust solution, with capacities ranging from 16 gigabytes to 128 gigabytes. In terms of robustness, the S750Pi series offers a continuous write capacity of up to 12,670 terabytes (TBW).
ATP memory cards come with high endurance and use power loss-protection technology to operate efficiently in harsh environments where temperatures range from -40 to 85 degrees Celsius.
Compared to SD and microSD cards from previous generations, modern memory cards offer sequential write speeds tripled.
With rapid advancements in artificial intelligence technology, expansion of infrastructure, and edge computing applications, ATP can fully meet all market needs.
The ATP SD memory card monitoring tool provides customers with a detailed examination of the memory card’s lifespan, giving a quick overview of write speed, and information can be viewed in a clear graphical format simultaneously.
