Samsung has officially announced a variety of Artificial Intelligence features available in the Galaxy S24 series of phones, with the company releasing explanatory videos detailing how these features operate.
One of the prominent features in the new Samsung phones is the Live Translate feature, which allows real-time translation of voice conversations through the phone’s application. This feature enables direct communication with people speaking different languages.
Currently, this feature does not support the Arabic language, despite supporting several other languages such as English, Spanish, Chinese, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and others.
Samsung mentioned that the call translation feature works on Galaxy S24 phones themselves instead of relying on external servers, meaning all calls will be secure.
Samsung also offers the “Transcript Assist” feature, which converts audio recordings into summarizable texts and can differentiate between multiple speakers in the same recording. This feature is available in Samsung’s audio recording application, in addition to the summarization feature in the Notes application.
Regarding the Chat Assistant feature on the keyboard, it facilitates text communication through various messaging applications. It can translate messages from and to multiple languages and change the writing style.
Users of Galaxy S24 phones can easily edit photos in the Gallery app by selecting, moving, and resizing elements effortlessly. The artificial intelligence automatically fills in any gaps that arise during the editing process. Additionally, AI offers suggestions for color adjustments and removing reflections.
