The American company “World Wide Technology” has announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding with “INXTE Global” to establish the first integrated center for artificial intelligence in Abu Dhabi.
Today, the company stated in a press release that the center will contribute to enhancing the leadership of the UAE as a virtual and real source for the latest infrastructure technologies equipped for artificial intelligence, which will originate from Abu Dhabi and reach different parts of the world.
It was mentioned that the chosen location in Abu Dhabi is the city of Masdar, known as the most sustainable city in the world and the main hub for advanced technology, to be the ideal site for establishing a comprehensive center and laboratory for the new artificial intelligence.
The company added that this unique center will focus on sustainability and aim to develop artificial intelligence technologies and enhance the current capabilities of the UAE in this field, with the goal of achieving comprehensive technological leadership.
The Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the United States, His Excellency Yousef Mana Al Otaiba, expressed their happiness with the strategic partnership to establish “World Wide Technology INXTE Global,” which will ensure a continuous flow of innovations in the field of artificial intelligence between the United States and the UAE. He confirmed that this launch, alongside the recent announcement between Microsoft and Group G42, represents a positive development that strengthens building a strong and effective partnership between the two countries in the future.
His Excellency Nasser Ahmed Khalifa Ahmed Al Suwaidi, President of “INXTE Global,” stated that they are pleased to launch the integrated artificial intelligence center in Masdar City in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Through this center, they aim to support the vision of the United Arab Emirates to be a global leader in the field of artificial intelligence. The necessary infrastructure, expertise, and innovative solutions will be provided to make significant progress in this field.
In turn, Omar Meer, Executive Board Member of “World Wide Technology” and International General Manager and CEO, stated that the integrated center will be the most sustainable in the world, and their partnership with INXTE Global will elevate the ambitions of advanced artificial intelligence in Abu Dhabi and the United Arab Emirates.
